PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY |

ANDEAN AND RAINFOREST EXPEDITIONS LLC
PAYMENT POLICY
- At time of reservation: A deposit of 25% of total cost of trip.
- 45 days before departure full payment of balance is necessary.
- Any reservation made less then 45 days before departure date
must pay the full amount of trip cost.
CANCELLATIONS
- For trips canceled 90 days before the departure date, ARE will
refund the entire reservation deposit minus credit card fees
and operation fees of US$ 50.00
- For cancellations from 89 to 45 days before the departure date,
ARE will refund 50% of payment.
- For cancellations within the final 44 days before departure
date, there will be no refunds.
DELAYS
- Andean and Rainforest Expeditions LLC, is not responsible
for extra costs caused by delays or cancellation of air, road,
lake, river or trail travel due to bad weather conditions, civil
or government strikes or sickness.
INSURANCE
- Andean and Rainforest Expeditions LLC, HIGHLY
recommends that our clients protect themselves with travel insurance
to prevent any financial losses.
